All of our items are either overstock or return items. That means they may have been briefly used and returned, or they may have never been taken out of the box. We get lots of both. Because of the high volume of items we process, there may be no practical way of listing and describing every single item in detail. We do however inspect every item and rate it according to the following “general” guidelines: This item is in great if not perfect condition. Rods – maybe small blemishes or flaws not noticeable once installed Slipcovers – Free of permanent stains, or rips. Great deal for the price Rods – a few larger scratches, probably still not noticeable once installed. Slipcovers – less than two or three small stains or marks, no larger than a quarter in size. May have been washed, – no shrinking. On a real budget! Rods – Noticeable damage or bent etc. Slipcovers – Great for the kids playroom! Large noticeable stains or faded areas. Small tears that could reasonably be patched. May be incomplete. Got a garage? Rods – great for the garage or repainting etc. Slipcovers – Incomplete, or large tears/stains.
