window sash, everything within storm, prep and 1 finish coat
house basement window restoration, external frame only, prep and 2 finish coats, loose siding and nails re nailed
force washing, scraping, sanding, primer and chaulk where required

The Paint could cost up to 500 dollars (around 300 for the stain alone) The labor costs if you are hiring someone depends on where you live. I would guess in the thousands though.
You are probably looking at somewhere near a 2,000 project. Good Luck!
